About Art Seen Magazine

Art Seen is the magazine from The Curator’s Salon, launched in 2021 to spotlight emerging and mid-career artists working across the globe. The publication creates space for artists to share not only their work, but also their processes, insights, and ideas - fostering a wider conversation around contemporary practice and creative development for an engaged international audience of art enthusiasts, collectors, fellow artists, and industry professionals.

Meet The Editor

Gita Joshi is an art dealer, curator, and author of the bestselling books Framing the Invisible and Show Your Art. Through The Curator’s Salon, she works with emerging and mid-career artists internationally, creating opportunities for visibility and connection with collectors, curators, and engaged audiences. Her curatorial practice spans gallery exhibitions as well as projects in business and public spaces, reflecting a flexible, contemporary approach to how and where art is experienced. She is also the host of The Curator’s Salon podcast, which is found on all the podcast platforms.

Art Seen, the magazine she founded in the aftermath of lockdown, extends this ethos of curation into print - offering a platform for thoughtful presentation and dialogue around artists’ work on an international stage.
